With deep experience spanning design, strategy, and agency operations, the throughline of my work has been in unlocking, defining, and giving structure to creativity. As a systems thinker, strategic storyteller, and cross-functional integrator, I distill big ideas and intentions and articulate them into concept definitions, actionable frameworks, and strategic roadmaps. My purpose is to create the best possible environment for creative minds to do what they do best, and to unlock creative flow by removing operational hurdles and building springboards for growth.

MY GUIDING PRINCIPLES

There’s the idea (or the decision, or the strategy, or the concept), and then there’s communicating the idea. Clarity is what connects the dots between intention, alignment, collaboration, and action.

Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should – and vice versa. Integrity means doing right by you and the people and businesses that you impact.

It’s more than just “knowing your audience.” It’s about deeply understanding where they’re coming from, establishing psychological safety, and ultimately building trust and connection.
How I Got Here
Before making the leap into consulting, I wore a multitude of hats. Project Director. Account Manager. Restaurant Owner. Brand Strategist. Entrepreneurial Sidekick. Staff Therapist.
Most recently, I was Chief Operating Officer of Brand Bureau, the creative agency arm of global design firm AvroKO. As COO, I led a 40-person team of strategists, designers, and architects, overseeing all studio operations, culture, new business, and financial management. My clients have been best-in-class designers, industry-leading marketers and developers, independent restaurateurs and big hotel brands alike.
My creative career began in account management at renowned fashion agency Laird+Partners, working on iconic brands like Donna Karan and Gap. In 2006, I joined multidisciplinary design firm AvroKO (by answering a Craigslist ad!) to build out their graphic design division. Their unique integration of design and hospitality led me to Colmena Hospitality Group, overseeing brand development, creative direction, and marketing. In 2016, I rejoined AvroKO as Director of Strategy at Brand Bureau, its then newly formed sister studio and creative agency, where my team and I created brands and designed spaces for clients across the lifestyle and hospitality spectrums, from luxury hotels (Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, IHG, The Londoner) to cult favorite F&B brands (Levain Bakery, Popeyes), as well as clients in beauty, real estate, and entertainment.
I graduated from Columbia University with a BA in Art History, and am a member of the WIE Suite, the leading community for women leaders, founders, and entrepreneurs.
