Not at all! While my background has mostly been with boutique creative/design studios, my work is applicable to many leaders, entrepreneurs, and business categories. I’ve worked with entrepreneurs across real estate, hospitality, PR, and marketing.
-
In my experience, it’s less about the measurable stats of an agency that best informs if this is a right fit (size, revenue bracket, years in business, etc.), and more about leadership’s mindset, their appetite for growth and openness to change.
-
While I happen to have the most direct experience and fluency in branding/brand strategy, graphic design, and interiors, as a strategic advisor, I don’t get into the weeds of the project work; therefore what I do is fairly discipline-agnostic!

Technically speaking, I am not a certified coach. But functionally speaking, I love working with people up and down the seniority ladder to mentor, advise, and guide.

This largely depends on the client, and what exactly we’re looking to solve for. Much of this work relies on the client’s input, availability, and needs. Once I have a sense of what the client’s looking to accomplish, what external milestones there might be, etc., I can put together a more accurate estimate of timing.

Great question, and the answer is, it depends!
If you have subject matter experts already in place (CFO, CMO, etc.), that’s fantastic. However, as experts of their respective silos, they’re not always best equipped to see the forest for the trees, and to support leadership/ownership with holistic, strategic advice. As an informed outsider (and/or objective insider), I can be the neutral, cross-functional voice of reason who can connect the dots clearly and impartially.
