Here for you for the right time, not a long time.
(What I do)
OVERWORKED? OVERWHELMED? JUST OVER IT? YOU’VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE.
(Who I work with)
The Creatives with a Capital C. You’ve mastered your craft. Design is in your DNA. But doing the work while managing a business and building a company can get chaotic, fast.
I work with expert founders who've built boutique businesses on the strength of their craft but are now mired in operational ambiguity and complexity and paralyzed by what to do next.
ON PAPER
And your organization looks like this:
In transition or at an inflection point: The business is facing a pivot, a plateau, or a growing sense that the current model has a ceiling
Floating along without a foundation: Less about headcount, more about operational complexity
More craft experience than management experience: Years, if not decades, of work expertise, but leadership and BizOps still feel foreign
Ambiguity x complexity: Whether it’s a team of 4 or 40, the decision-making, communication, and execution no longer fit the operation
IN YOUR HEAD
Maybe your inner monologue sounds like this:
“It’s like a house of cards; if we lose one more person or don’t sign this next project, we won’t survive.”
“Things are changing way too fast; I’m overwhelmed and paralyzed, and I know the team feels my anxiety.”
"I know I’m avoiding decision-making, but I have too many fires to put out.”
"This whole thing took on a life of its own. I don’t know how we got here; I don’t know what our brand stands for anymore, I don’t know where we’re going. And I don’t trust my gut anymore.”

HOW IT WORKS
Every engagement starts with Distill. This is where we lay it all out on the proverbial table: the vision that’s in your head, the big decisions you’ve been avoiding, the questions you’ve been afraid to ask, the half-baked initiatives, the tangled org chart, and everything else taking up mental real estate. It’s how we get as full of a picture as possible, and more importantly, how we ensure we’re solving for the right problems.
One week, starting at $3,500.
1 | DISTILL
Here's where it gets clear.
I bring things into focus by diagnosing what's really going on under the hood, helping you sift, sort, and zero in on what matters most. One-time, one-week sprint designed to be low lift but high leverage, providing you with quick insights and the right intel to help you decide how to move forward.
-
Vision Intensive • Diagnosis & Audit • Scenario Planning • Strategic Recommendations
Deep dive workshop & strategy session yielding a comprehensive, written synthesis. Additional team or stakeholder interviews as needed. Plus one follow-up integration session.
1 week turnaround, starting at $3,500 (assuming solo founder only)
Once we’ve Distilled it all down, you'll land in one of three places:WE keep going: there is more work to be done, and we continue onto #2 | Define
YOU take it from here: you've got what you need to tackle it with your team
YOU bring in someone else: Distill surfaced a different need, and now you know exactly who to call (and chances are, I can point you to the right folks!).
2 | DEFINE
Here's where it gets real.
We put pen to paper on what we’ve Distilled, translating ideas & decisions into strategies & tools so you can lead with alignment, confidence, and clarity.
-
Org Design • Brand Strategy • Team Architecture • Service Design • Operating System • Culture
Series of working sessions, team interviews + asynchronous work across yielding actionable decisions and deliverables.
8-10 weeks, starting at $15,000
3 | DIRECT
Here's where it gets moving.
Decisions are meaningless without action. I help you avoid inertia as a facilitator and change management “choreographer,” rolling off over a structured cadence.
-
Change Management • Implementation Strategy • Leadership Advisory
Month 1 Weekly check-ins (4)
Month 2 Biweekly check-ins (2)
Month 3 Final closeout (1)
Plus asynchronous availability via email, Slack, etc.
3-month cadence, starting at $4500
THERE’S NEVER A “GOOD” TIME OR THE “RIGHT” TIME, SO NOW’S A GREAT TIME.
(When to give me a call)
YOU MIGHT REACH OUT IF…
You’re ready to make some key hires, but the org chart feels like a Rubik’s Cube
You want to work differently, but are nervous about breaking the system
You’re hitting a major milestone or about to experience significant growth, and are ready to redefine your brand
You’re ready to step back, or simply need a change of pace, and rethink your role as founder
It’s time to think seriously and critically about either scaling up or scaling back the business
More questions? I got you.

Creative services of all stripes: branding, advertising, interior design, architecture, events, PR, marketing. Because I work at the leadership and organizational level rather than the project level, what I do is largely discipline-agnostic. If you're a creative services founder navigating the business side of things, you probably fit the bill.
-
The masters of their craft or subject matter experts (creative directors, interior designers, architects) who are navigating the realities of building and running a business, which is an entirely different muscle. Often these are senior creatives who've climbed the corporate ladder and launched their own studios, only to discover that leading a company feels nothing like doing the work.
-
Size, revenue, or years in business are less relevant than you'd think. What matters more is the gap between your craft expertise and your operator experience, which can exist at any size or stage. A studio of 30 that's really 5 seniors and 25 juniors can have the same challenges as a studio of 10 made up mostly of seniors. A hands-on founder and a hands-off founder at the exact same revenue will have entirely different needs. It comes down to operational complexity, leadership mindset, and openness to change, not headcount or revenue.
-
No, but what I can do is help you get crystal clear on exactly what you need and who to hire for it.
-
Not at all! It's actually complementary, and sometimes more effective. Internal leaders are often deep in their own silos and can't always see the full picture. As your informed outsider and objective insider, I'm the neutral, cross-functional voice that connects the dots clearly and impartially, which is a different job than the one your existing team is doing.
-
It certainly depends on the scale and depth of the scope, but it’s likely to be less time than you think! My goal is not to stick around longer than you need me. The sooner I can help set you up for success, the sooner you’ll get there.
