Proper scaffolding requires proper alignment. Proper alignment begins with The Debrief, a one-week diagnostic sprint to help you make sure you’re solving the right problems, in the right order, with the right people.
How it works The Debrief is designed for precision. What you think is the problem is often a symptom of something else. We find what’s actually going on and decide what matters most.
What We’ll Do: A 2-hour workshop & strategy intensive to get it all out on the proverbial table: the half-baked initiatives and ideas in your head, the decisions you’re avoiding, the questions you’ve been afraid to ask, and everything else taking up mental real estate.
What You’ll Get: Strategic insights with speed, via a written synthesis of what we uncovered, including audit and recommendations, delivered within a week. Starting at $3,500 for solo founders; partnerships or additional stakeholders scoped to fit.
What Comes Next: The Debrief will point us in the right direction, whether we keep going together or you run with it yourself.
The Debrief tells us what needs building. Frame(work) is where we design it.
How It Works
Frame(work) picks up where the Debrief leaves off, scoped to fit what we found. It moves in two phases: Define, where we put pen to paper on what needs to change, and Direct, where we put it into practice.

What This Looks Like: Individual and team working sessions and asynchronous work. We go deeper on what we’ve uncovered with the Debrief, translating ideas & decisions into strategies & tools.
What You’ll Get: Depending on the scope, it may yield deliverables such as: brand books • org & culture playbooks • restructure roadmap • service/offer definition
8-12 weeks, starting at $15,000, depending on scope, scale, and complexity
What Comes Next: If further integration and change management is required, we move on to the next phase, Direct.
DIRECT
What This Looks Like: Decisions need action. I help you avoid inertia by staying on as a facilitator and change management “choreographer,” rolling off over a structured cadence to set you up for success.
What You’ll Get: Think of this phase like a proper onboarding, training, and integration period, where I help direct the flow of traffic to ease you and the team into change.
Duration and fees vary. Combination of check-ins and asynchronous support.
