  • Project engagements are a combination of workshops, advisory sessions, team 1:1s, and deliverables.

    Best for: Distinct Focus When there is a specific outcome or deliverable to work towards within a certain timeframe. More asynchronous work on my end also means less day-to-day disruption on your end.

    Fixed project fee | ≈ 2-4 months

  • Retainer engagements are similarly comprised of workshops, advisory sessions and 1:1s, but within agreed-upon time constraints. Deliverables are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

    Best for: More Flexibility Sometimes, we just don’t know until we dive in. This gives you the comfort of having a thought partner and the ability to let priorities reveal themselves. Retainers are also better if you need me to be more cross-functional.
